ABOUT THE SISDA BEACON PROGRAM
SISDA Beacon has been a safe haven for the community. Our program enables us to help keep our community engaged in progressive and positive ways by keeping them off the streets and encouraging hard working and independent members of society. We aim to empower and motivate all to grasp their inner talents, potentials, and skills and use it to take advantage of the many opportunities out there. We recognize that the community is filled with exceptional and brilliant young people who just need to be encouraged. For our youth programs, we place a strong emphasis on academical development while strengthening social skills and charisma. We hope to keep our youth on a clear path to success without the loss of individuality. The Beacon program provides the youth with services to aid in their academic, creative, and professional development. For our adult programs, our goal is to motivate them to live healthier and happier lives. We offer support services to get them off their feet and moving forward. We have helped change the lives of many people By helping them stay fit, achieve U.S. citizenship, learn English as a second language, prosper professionally and academically, seek higher education, learn computer basics and much more. We know firsthand the challenges the community face and work diligently to make life easier for our youth and parents. By helping people of all ages, we uplift the community as a whole and empower our families to move forward in life. We have always been and continue to be dedicated to serve as a true beacon of light.
